Nothing represents the Fourth of July like the American Flag. The flag is a simple nail art design that can be done using a striper brush and dotting tool. Start off by applying one or two coats of white nail polish. With a royal blue nail polish, make a square towards the tip of each fingernail. Next, use the striper brush and red polish to make vertical stripes throughout the nail, make sure to avoid the blue square. Use the dotting tool and white polish to make dots on the blue square, the dots will represent the stars on the flag.
